We purchased two Samsung Vacuums for Christmas last year with accessories and an extended warranty through November 2026. Vacuum will not hold charge. In spite of calling and emailing my claim is denied saying denied out of warranty period. Vacuums arrived last year 2023 November 17th as Christmas presents.

Didnā€™t use till Christmas making outside of 1st year time frame howeverI the secondary extended warranty should come into play and it is not! @samsung

@Sterpening Where did you buy the vacuums? If you bought them from Samsung.com, typically the warranty starts the date that they are delivered.

You mention a 2nd warranty. If you bought Samsung Care+ via your Samsung.com purchase, visit https://www.samsung.com/us/support/samsung-care-plus/

But if you bought them from another location and purchased an extended warranty, you would need to contact that retailer. They are responsible for covering that extended warranty.

Extended warranties are always handled by a 3rd party. Read your documentation to determine how and to whom to make a claim.
