Water dispense not working, works for few days after filter taken out and inserted again

I have Samsung refrigerator, model number RF23M8570SR/AA. I purchased this one in 2018. It was all good so far. we are enjoying this refrigerator so far.  I had 2 years Samsung warranty and also purchased extended warranty for 3 additional year from Costco. All are expired now :-).

Now since few months, we have issues with this refrigerator. This is the one with Family Hub. Before couple of month, the sound of the family hub stopped working. There is no sound. We used to enjoy using while working in the kitchen, but that is gone now. 

Since nearly a month ago, the water stopped dispensing. I thought its filter and changed the genuin Samsung filter. It started working. But it stopped again after couple of days. Since then, the water works when I take out the filter and insert again and after a day or two it stops again. 

This is a great refrigerator otherwise. Kids enjoyed the family hub. I had issue with Ice maker within a few moths of getting the refrigerator which was fixed by changing the whole ice maker and was covered by warranty. 

Now I am disappointed that I have to live with family hub but 'No Sound' and refrigerator with no water dispenser

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I know that this can be frustrating with your fridge having these issues. I would recommend to help solve the family hub no audio issue, try resetting it. You can do that by opening the door and in the top right corner there should be a switch, but there will be a cover on top of it, push up on it to be able to see the switch. That should fix the issue.

If none of this helps then this will be something that will require service. As your fridge is out of warranty please use the link below to get this set up.

Hi, did you fix this issue? We are dealing with the same thing. Water stopped and a filter changed fixed it. Then it stopped again a month later. Just taking the filter in and out gives us a few days of water but now that trick has stopped working as well.
