Good afternoon.  I just upgraded to a 55" S90D from a 55" Q80T.  I am having a couple of issues that I hope someone might be able to help with.

First when I plug my devices into the HDMI ports not all of them are recognized.  I have 4 ports and have tried multiple HDMI cables with no success on 2 of them.  I also tried switching ports to no avail.  However the previous Q80T did recognize the devices on them.

I have Spectrum Cable on HDMI 1 and Samsung Ultra HD BluRay player on HDMI 3.  Both were recognized and have the appropriate icon showing.  However on HDMI 2 I have a Fire TV 4K Max and on HDMI 4 a Nintendo Switch 2.  No matter what I have tried both inputs try and detect and come up with unknown.  I was able to rename HDMI 2 as Fire TV but I know when it recognizes it the TV adapts settings for the Fire.

Also with the Switch 2 showing as unknown I have to manually configure it to a game system and loose some settings that would automatically be set.

I had called Samsung when I got the TV 2 days ago and the most they could do is say that within a day the TV should correctly recognize the devices and change themselves.  I don't believe this is true and I wonder if I should schedule a repair if I can't figure it out.

The second issue is the onscreen volume control.  On my Q80T and on this S90D I have an LG Soundbar attached.  I have no idea how but when changing the volume on the Q the number would change on the Soundbar display but nothing would appear on the TV to show volume changes.  Now it does both when I change the volume, the display changes and I have a graphic appear on the left side of the screen with it showing the icon of the soundbar with a plus and minus.  Could it be related to the LG Soundbar being connected to the Smart Remote?  If so is there a way to disconnect it?

I use my Spectrum remote to control my TV, Soundbar and UHD player.  I had with the previous set up and it all worked fine.  Now I just want to know if that annoying input can be stopped like it was on the Q even though I don't know how I did it.

Thanks in advance for your help and have a good evening.
