I deleted every single app. The only thing that will load is the Samsung tv channels. I can't reset anything. If I click on reset smart or any reset it just does nothing. I don't know what to do.

If this doesn't help then please call in at 1-800-726-7864 and ask for our remote management team. They will be able to remote into the TV and help reset it!
