My pretty much brand new s90d failed after 3 months the week of the super bowl. It just powered off with no standby light. ( I'm sure it's the power supply). I have bought so many tvs, phones, appliances from them and I think I'm done. I'm just exhausted talking on hold and then trying to organize a repair company to come out where I have to unmount the tv put it in a safe location and remount the tv. It's exhausting and there price incentives aren't worth the junk they are now sell. I wish they could get there together but im done.
So the repair man came, I had to find a local guy with good reviews(I'm glad I did). I helped him get it off the wall and he had the power supply replaced and the TV working in 15 minutes. I'm still going to push samsung to extend my warrenty.
