LED and OLED TVsWe moved to a new city(same time zone) & rescanned our channels. Rescan worked fine but the Guide hasn't updated. It's been 2days and the Guide still shows info from our old city. How can I get it to update? To clarify, the channels are all updated, it's just the guide that hasn't. Thanks!
EDITED: Also tried to manually edit channel name but it's grayed out for any channel so that doesn't work either. HELP!

LED and OLED TVsHi there! Thanks so much for asking about this. That does sound frustrating. Have you confirmed the TV's software is updated? Also, have you tried power cycling or factory resetting the TV?

LED and OLED TVsYes, the software is updated. We do not want to factory reset. There should be a simple solution to get the guide to show the correct channels. Very unhappy with our Samsung at the moment😞

LED and OLED TVsUnfortunately, there is no way to change the location of the TV. The only option as of now would be a factory reset. You can also try this information also, but it seems you have already done it.
