So I bought a 70" Samsung SmartTV on black Friday.
I managed to get into the secret menu and changed some setting I found for motion blur.
Now the operating system won't boot, can't change inputs or volume, can't get back into the secret menu, and the remote only powers off then immediately powers on the TV if I hold it for 5 seconds.
No wifi, Bluetooth seems to be on, but doesn't seem to do anything when it connects. I need to factory reset, but can't get into any menus on the TV... I don't know what to do.
The worst part is the volume is stuck at 10...

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I get wanting to explore the secret menu but unfortunately, as this was not done by a service technician this will void the warranty. The only option for this is a service call to repair the TV. As changing settings in that menu can cause issues with the TV. If you would like to get it set up please use the link below to find a service center in your area.

Unplug then press and hold power button on the tv for 15-30 seconds then plug back in

Did that too. Held power on the unit until I plugged it back in. Still nothing.

Currently unplugged and put the 32"back in.
I gotta find my glasses to watch TV now lol
