M4500 TV - Time Off By 1 HR

I purchased a M4500 TV for my mother for Christmas and she's recently told me the time is off by an hour. I tried to check the settings to see if I could manually change it, or if it had to do with DST or what not but the option for that setting is completely grayed out, I can't even select it. Is there something else I can try?

I can get some photos when I visit her this weekend to show more specifically what I mean if it helps.
