Max App not installing on my SEK-4500

 I have a UN55HU9000 Tv with a SEK-4500 evolution kit from 2018 connected. When I try to install the Max app I get this error message and it doesn’t install. The other apps like Disney Plus and Peacock Tv are working.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Can you install another app? Also, have you reached out to max support as this may be a compatibility issue as max pushes out more updates support for older devices even the evolution kit can and will sometimes be dropped.

Yes I can install other apps. This person on AVS forums has the same set up tv I have and his Max app works. Is there an update that you guys can provide for the SEK 4500 because it has not had an update since 2018?
