Greetings Samsung Community,
I hope this message finds you well. Last week, my S95C OLED television underwent a software update, transitioning to the new ONE UI app interface. Since this update, I've been experiencing some troubling issues. First, the app hub (HOME Page) is frozen, making it impossible to navigate through my applications. The apps buttons on the Samsung TV will load the Netflix, Prime etc. I can get other apps to load, but only using the Alexa voice controls. But the hub software is not working since the ONE UI update.
Where would I post SW Update issues or feedback
I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to resolve these issues or the best steps to take moving forward.
Thank you!

LED and OLED TVsI have exactly the same issue here ever since this update that I did not request or was even aware of until it was already updating, and it has turned my smart TV into a dumb TV. Apps freeze for 10 to 15 seconds at a time navigating this TV is now a pain in the butt. Iām absolutely appalled that Samsung thinks this beta software is ready for prime time I will never ever buy another Samsung device. I spent $2500 on this TV and I feel like I was ripped off.
Beware Samsung. Infested with ads hardwired into the machine disgusted with this product.

LED and OLED TVsSame issues here. Been this way for weeks now and looks like nothing has been done by Samsung since this update was pushed in November. Ridiculous

LED and OLED TVsSame problems here. YouTube TV, Disney+, Hulu will open but wonāt streamā¦tries but times out. Even trying to cast these from a mobile device to the tv directly or with Apple or Chromecast. Only apps that function normally post-update is Samsung TV Plus, Netflix and Prime Video.
Model Code: QN85QN90CAFXZA
Software Version: T-PTMCAKUC-0080-2020.2, E0371410, BT - S
As a long time Samsung TV advocate, Iām extremely disappointed in the lack of testing for this major release and the inability to revert to the prior release still posted as available on the Samsung support site for this TV model. Attempted USB update with prior version as directed by Samsung telephone support, but wonāt take a prior version.
Samsung - you are better than this! Get a proper fix out NOW or enable to revert to previous working (still posted) software!

LED and OLED TVsI just plugged in a ROKU device that I use on an ancient Samsung TV and able to use apps mentioned above. This is no way an acceptable solution to using the native apps that should otherwise be working, just a temporary work around to get value out of the services I pay for.
Maybe this will help someone else while Samsung gets a proper fix in place.
