Greetings Samsung Community,

I hope this message finds you well. Last week, my S95C OLED television underwent a software update, transitioning to the new ONE UI app interface. Since this update, I've been experiencing some troubling issues. First, the app hub (HOME Page) is frozen, making it impossible to navigate through my applications. The apps buttons on the Samsung TV will load the Netflix, Prime etc. I can get other apps to load, but only using the Alexa voice controls. But the hub software is not working since the ONE UI update.

Where would I post SW Update issues or feedback

I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to resolve these issues or the best steps to take moving forward.

Thank you!

I have the same issues and Samsung can't fix it. Some workarounds: For Hulu, open the Internet app from the Hub and go to Hulu that way. For Paramount+ use the Prime Video app if you have Prime. For Peacock, connect a computer with HDMI. Bottom line: Lesson learned, don't expect Tizen to be any good. If you buy a Samsung be ready to also buy a good streaming device. I won't get another Samsung.

Having the same problem. I have two QN85C's, both received updates. One is fine and other will not let video play on Hulu, Peacock or Disney plus. I have literally factory reset the TV five times without a fix. All other apps are fine. I am ready to return this unit. I contacted Samsung customer service and they told me to call the apps. I think I will return this TV, it cost too much for me to watch a TV that I cannot use.

I have exactly the same issue here ever since this update that I did not request or was even aware of until it was already updating, and it has turned my smart TV into a dumb TV. Apps freeze for 10 to 15 seconds at a time navigating this TV is now a pain in the butt. Iā€™m absolutely appalled that Samsung thinks this beta software is ready for prime time I will never ever buy another Samsung device. I spent $2500 on this TV and I feel like I was ripped off.

Beware Samsung. Infested with ads hardwired into the machine disgusted with this product.
