I recommend following the advice of BrĆ¼ZZi. Also give this link a shot. http://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10000062/. If neither of these do the trick, I recommend a return visit to your retailer regarding this.

1) Check your internet connection and make sure it's stable.
2) Unplug the power cable for few minutes then plug it back.
3) Change DNS Settings to 8888
ā¢ Press The Home Icon ā»
ā¢ Click The Left Directional Button ā»
ā¢ Settings ā»
ā¢ All Settings ā»
ā¢ Network ā»
ā¢ All Settings ā»
ā¢ Network Status ā»
ā¢ IP Settings ā»
ā¢ At DNS Settings:
Choose Enter Manually ā»
ā¢ Enter 8888 ā»
ā¢ Press Done ā»
ā¢ Turn TV Off/On Again.
