2 years ago service center told me to reset the Hub on my Samsung TV because the hard drive was full and I said what's going to happen if she goes you have to put all your information back in again but some of it should be saved anyway I did this and since the restart the TV the Wi-Fi stopped working in USB connection stopped working but the funny thing is my Bluetooth is still working and Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are the same transceiver so that's pretty **bleep**ty I can't get this thing going been 2 years so I decided to take it apart to pictures of it this Bluetooth Wi-Fi transceiver I'm going to order a new one
The USB port I'll leave as is until I put my new Bluetooth Wi-Fi card in and see if that works if that does not work then I know there is a glitch in the firmware the software someplace but I cannot use my TV for its functions I can't even cast with my Samsung phone to my TV because no Wi-Fi I have been using ethernet for the last 2 years and it's pretty horrible compared to what Wi-Fi and Bluetooth can do for a smart home but definitely not on Wi-Fi my Google Alexa will only shut the TV off you tell her to turn it back on she says this device does not have dysfunction same thing with my girl she don't even want to be bothered with this TV she likes the Roku one better so if anybody just got any suggestions everybody had the same problem as me let me know
