Hey guys and gals
So I have a Samsung smart TV that I must have bought about four years ago. I recently tried downloading an app and I get a message that memory is low and that I need to delete some apps. However, when I attempt to delete some apps, the stupid TV will not let me delete them. They are just greyed out and it is starting to tick me off. The main culprits are NETFLIX, Hulu, Spotify, and the stupid e-manual that takes up about 11% of the total memory.
Does anyone know how I can get rid of these. I saw a video on YouTube to try and get it into developer mode but even that did not work. Some of the options in the settings menu are also greyed out. I also tried resetting the entire tv doing a factory reset and nothing.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

LED and OLED TVsUnfortunately, pre-installed apps cannot be uninstalled. Only downloaded apps can be uninstalled.
