Sparks and fire!

Two nights ago while watching the video, my Samsung TV (UN55MU6290FXZA) started shooting sparks and flames out the bottom. I unplugged the TV immediately and put out the sparks that felt onto the carpet. The TV is now dead. I see several other users and had similar issues this this TV series. Is there any remedy for the TV or is it now trash. It's a bummer because I like this TV I am not sure I would get anothering if this is a common issue.
