Synching Xfinity XR15 or XR11 remotes to S90D

I have always been able to synch my Xfinity remotes to new HDTVs.  I recently purchased a S90D and cannot get either a XR15 or XR11 to control volume or power.  The other functions of both remotes are working on the S90D.  Has anyone had a similar issue and if so, how did you resolve it?

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend reaching out to xfinity for further support. As there may be an issue with the remote.
