TV has no sound with a black screen?

My CU7000 tv has been weird ever since the latest update. For the third time in less than 2 weeks, when I turn it on, only the sound works, the screen stays completely black. Only way to get it to work is to completely unplug the TV and plug it back in. I can't be the only one this is happening to. What gives? Tv is not even 2 years old.

Hello @lilyfigue608! Thank you for reaching out! This issue does seem strange. I recommend attempting a factory reset on the TV to see if this still occurs. If it does, it will require service. Depending on your warranty, you will have a few options. 

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up. 
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
