LED and OLED TVsThe TV isn't even 3 years old. 20% of the left side went dark last week and there are bands elsewhere where it's starting to happen.
Support wants to put me in touch with a repair center. Good luck, I'm in Northern NY, they won't be around here. I can only imagine how much it'd cost. It will probably be cheaper to purchase a NON-Samsung TV that'll last longer. I have older Sony and Vizio tvs that are still going strong with no issues. And this is a common thread which points to a manufacturer issue.

LED and OLED TVsI understand how this may be frustrating with your tv screen being dark on one side, if this is occurring on all sources and during the picture test this will require service. you have a couple of options based on your warranty.
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
