I am using samsung TV UA43AU9070U from 2 years. Whenever I start Samsung TV plus "balleballe" tv channel, you dump so many ads like one ad continuously play more than 20 or 30 times making the audience mad. If samsung authors are mad , please check with your doctor. Please dont make audience mad. The remote of this TV is a worst remote i ever used. It missed so many useful functions buttons on it like settings and source. Buttons are somewhat hard to press. Buttons should be pressed 2 or 3 times sometimes to make it work. While playing movies through USB hard disk, your player cannot recognize vobsub and pgs subtitles. Sometimes movie player forget where the movie was stopped. So next day movie starts from starting again. Sometimes when movie fastforwarded of rewinded, player freeze to work. Correct all these problems in next firmware update.
@PhanikumarVempati If this only happens when you watch the channel "balleballe" , I think that channel is the source of the ads. Have you reached out to them?
Your logic is correct but since Samsung TV bought the rights of "BalleBalle" TV and providing it to Samsung TV customers, we must ask Samsung only about ads problems and not BalleBalle TV. For your information the Live BalleBalle channel on my dish network and Samsung TV plus "BalleBalle" channel app streams are different. They are not playing same songs at same time. Which means BalleBalle intentionally putting more ads for Samsung TV plus customers. We didn't purchase BalleBalle app so we cannot ask them about ads right.
