CD396 24” monitor adjustment stuck

The title says it all really. The adjustment thingy on the monitor is completely stuck. I can’t adjust my monitor at all.

How can I fix this?

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I can see how this can be concerning with your monitor not being able to adjust. Since you are not able to adjust this you do have two options you can call our depot center to get set up for service using the following number: 1-310-669-4334.
