Can i change my att wifi from 5 ghz to 2.4 ghz . My security camera says that 5ghz not supported Thanks any info would be greatly appreciated

That would be done via your router. You should be able to choose which channel you want to use. If you need to know how you'd need to call att if it's their equipment.

Our AT&T modem auto- connects at 5 or 2.4 depending on what the device is connecting to it - manually configuring for each device is not required

Your wi-fi router is design and built to emit/receive a signal that is 5 ghz and/or 2.4 ghz. If your router was not designed to emit/receive a 2.4 ghz signal, then there is no way to adjust it to do ao.

It's like trying to pick up an AM radio station on a FM only radio.
