I have a 34" curved monitor (exact model LS34A654UBNXGO) with an USB-C issue: the USB-C stopped working.

I use the USB-C connection with my Windows 10 & 11 devices.

Recently I have had to work in multiple locations and the USB-C has started to give me a "USB Not recognized" pop up, stopping my USB's and network momentarily.

I tried changing the source device (i.e. another computer), turning the cable around, swapping out the cable, resetting the monitor to factory settings and I still cannot bring USB-C connection to stay on. HDMI works fine, but I'd rather use the USB-C connection so that I only have 1 input.

More details:

Model: LS34A654UBNXGO

Software version: M-A6534SCZA-1004.1

Sounds like a hardware issue and needs a usb board.
