Monitors and MemoryI have a monitor LC27F398FWNXZA that keeps flashing into store mode. Ive tried unplugging the power and HD MI, that didn't work to fix it. It has a button on the back that I can press for the menu and then shift it, up, down, left, right, no actual arrows or buttons in the back, just the one that can be pressed and moved different directions to select options. I've tried turning if off and on through the menu option, that didn't fix it either. Does anyone know how to fix it? I've had this monitor since at least 2020 and it just randomly started doing it.

Monitors and MemoryHello! Thank you for reaching out! This is definitely an odd issue to have with your monitor going in and out of store mode. What I would recommend doing is a factory reset on the monitor it will be in your settings menu while using the buttons on the back. After that, I would recommend making sure that the firmware on the monitor is up-to-date.
If that does not help the next option would be service. Depending on your warranty you will have a couple of options for service.
- If your device was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service processed.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, for depot type products (Soundbars, Home Theater Systems, tablets, ect.) that require to be shipped we recommend you speak with our depot team for pricing and to have the service set up: 1-310-669-4334.
