My 1TB 990 Pro Heatsink wont boot windows.

I am trying to boot windows on my SSD. I have the option to boot from it but it does not recognize the install. I see the drive in BIOS, I see the drive in disk management but not in the Samsung Magician. 

Does anyone have any idea what could have happened? anyone for help please?

Could be the boot files are corrupted. Which program did you use to clone the drive?
