got my odyssey neo g8 like a week ago, this after noon it keep looping usb test and then it failed and then restart the screen and reloop the same process, happens randomly also when i push any of the menu setting button on the bottem. any one know how to fix this problem?
Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I agree with @ddaniel51 on this a return/exchange would be the best option for this. Especially if this still occurs after power cycling. There's not really anything else to try for this.
