Secure folder and Google account sync

I have 3 profiles set up on my note 20. One is the normal out the box every day user profile, 2nd is the secure folde3 which is more of a subprofile of profile 1 but accounts/sandboxing say differently...profile 3 is a work profile using island which re enable the work profile baked in by Google that samsung disabled. For what reason is beyond me. 

All 3 profile performed flawlessly. Syncing, securing, and retrieving the 3 separate google/microsoft/etc. 

Gmail suddenly fails to sync 3 days ago. I go to Gmail and it asks to setup the account...ok I pressed next and get the prompt that there may be an account already on this device. Does it show me any of them? no. When I go add the account I need, it says the account is already on the device....but WHERE! I have to delete secure folder, and attempt to re-add the account, i get through the username entry but then MFA does not initiate on my device when google sends it. The account was already signed in before so why isnt the MFA working. So I attempt to the password and it says again that the account already exists. I removed secure folder and signed in on the personal profile with the work email(gmail.com used for work purposes) and it works perfectly so its not the sign in. I re add secure folder and attempt to log in with my personal DIFFERENT account. Same situation. 

The bottom line - gmail fails to see added accounts even though other google service do, account settings sees them and syncs them except for gmail. When attempting to resolve this Google doesnt answer MFA alerts from Google servers. Why this suddenly changed is beyond me.

Compartmentalizing info and accounts was the main objective - Personal, my business, and my work. 

Open to suggestions. I use Island from the play store to open up the google work profile. Works great.

I am having similar issues with secure folder, just can't open it and pin does not work.....messages to unlock folder to use it! Lol, it's an issue that needs some attention. S21+ultra

oof I have read of people losing data in secure folder. Just prompted to setup it up instead of login. No longer trusting it with my data. Why they disable the actual work profile is beyond me. Way better than Knox.

I figured my situation out. It was for the fact my account was created with a 3rd party domain and username not a full blown google account. Kinda hard to differiciate that in the error that this presents.
Still not trusting critical data in it.

This was a realization as 3rd party google account using non Google domains have limited services, including email. If you created a Google account using a Hotmail account, it kind of makes sense you wouldnt need an email address.
I re added my accounts to my partitioned profiles and used gvoice and chrome services primarily.
