I've always got to unplug my smart tv when I power it on . But after i plug it back up it works fine . I can get all my apps and channels . It always asks to troubleshoot and all this so annoying .And one of my daughters friends entered on my tv his samsung account and now I can't get it off . He changed my 4 digit pass code on MY tv
