Hi everyone,

I have a brand new 85" QN95B tv. I just turned it on for the first time and I am seeing two horizontal dark bars on the screen. Does anyone know what this is? Did I receive a defective product?

If it does it with every source then I would get it exchanged. Does it display a picture where the 2 bars are?

I remember I got a 65" Samsung Curved 4K TV, and after about 30-40 days, a line appeared in it. Samsung tried to tell us, "Oh well, buy a new TV", but we pressed (because we were outside the store return). If you're within the return period from the merchant you got the TV from, I would save yourself the heartache and exchange for a new one. A tech had to come out and completely disassemble our TV to repair it
