I had Samsung technician at home trying to fix my screen . Aftwr doing several factory resets. I don't have the Game hub on the menu on the left side of the screen near ambient, media and search options. What should I do ? It dosent come back. HELP. He left my home and didn't fix it

That does seem strange how it disappeared, I would recommend trying the steps in the following link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01217205/. If this does not help I would recommend reaching back out to the service center you had to get them to come back out. If they are unable to do anything we can set up a service for you.
