Help wife went into expert mode trying to connect a sound bar now tv is going crazy remote won't work right only the power button and cuts on off by itself it's a 65 in UHD 4k
You can try to use smartthings to access the menu see if the phone remote will work I would also suggest removing the batteries from the remote see if it's causing the issue also

I would would suggest resetting to factory default to reset what she might have changed.
