We have a hard time hearing the sound, we turn it on and no sound? The settings are on TV speakers.

Hey there! I can definitely understand the frustration of not being able to hear what's happening on the TV! I suggest checking to make sure your TV is up to date as well as performing a sound test. If the TV still makes no sound during the sound test, it will need to be serviced.
