Issue logging into Easy Connection Windows App

I am facing issue with logging into the latest version of the Easy connection app and hence unable to connect my PC to the Sansung tv. It says 403 Forbidden to which I am surprised.

Kindly suggest short term and long term solutions to this issue.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend trying an uninstall and reinstall of the app to see to help fix this issue. After that is done you should do a complete shutdown of both your pc and your TV. Please let me know if this helps!
