Projectors & Other TVsI have HU8550, SEK 3500 set-up. Firmware 1453. Netflix app has been reinstalled. I still get the "cannot play title at this time" message on every title. Netflix works fine on all other devices in my house. Any ideas?

Projectors & Other TVsWrong answer Juan. It's not our responsibility as consumers to fix the product. You developed the SmartHub and it's your responsibility to make sure it functions properly with Netflix. Clearly, it's not an issue limited to individual users but is a widespread problem.
You know what my solution can be? Return my Samsung TV and buy a LG TV that has a smart TV program that works properly with Netflix.
So go on bro, keep passing the buck. And watch us take our business elsewhere. #Clueless #ToneDeafResponse #FixIt #CustomerIsALWAYSRight

Projectors & Other TVsWow, is it me or do you not read very well. No one told you to fix it, but this is like telling a car company to fix your satellite radio subscription. smh

Projectors & Other TVsWow, is it me, or are you too dense? Juan said " to receive the best support it is recommended to reach out to the developer of the program you are experiencing troubles with." It's not my responsibility as the consumer to "reach out" to some other company to fix a problem with Samsung's product.
Samsung advertised their product as a "Smart TV" that would connect to Netflix. Instead, it doesn't work as advertised. That's on Samsung, not on Netflix, and certainly not on me to "reach out" to get fixed. It should work as advertised, period.
Actually, it's like a car company claiming their car comes equipped with a satellite radio subscription, but the car won't actually connect to the service. Next time you want to use an analogy, use one that works. Go shake your head at your own stupidity, bro.

Projectors & Other TVsJuan: seems to me that Samsung would want to fix this. Samsung (not me) should work with Netflix to resolve this. Bottom line is that you're off many customers who will not buy fromSamsung ever again. Is this really the marketing strategy your company wants to adopt?
The Netflix app works just fine on my Sony, iPads, phone, etc, but NOT with my Samsung UHD TV. I understand the technology sufficiently to know the problem exists at the interface between the Smarthub and Netflix app. It may be a problem with Netflix, but Samsung owns the problem since it affects their end product's performance.
If I own a car and the gps is malfunctioning, I expect the car manufacturer to fix the problem - NOT the gps manufacturer!

Projectors & Other TVsI have this issue with ALL smart apps..including Netflix, Amazon prime, youtube and plex! The common denominator is the tv. This is just another example of someone from Samsung trying to deflect responsibility on someone else. There is a problem with the core system they are based on. Most companies try to develop a bug fix rather than blame everybody else for their buggy system.

Projectors & Other TVsHello userli26jzsteE, have you tried updating to the most recent firmware? Have you tried a reset? Have you tried adjusting your DNS settings? Is your television able to access the internet? Are you using a wired or wireless connection? How far is the TV from the router?

Projectors & Other TVsI have noticed a new version on my KS8000. Netflix has done a revamp on their app, looks great in some cases, and I am seeing one version on one brand of TV and a different on another. I have even seen different versions on same manufacturers, but different models. And there are all kinds of differences between everything. So it looks like they are throwing spaghetti at the wall and seeing what looks good and works. Then I hope they'll consolidate everything, because ther are some pretty neat things they have going in some versions, into a single "working" app that will be universally released. Fingers Crossed.

Projectors & Other TVsMy UHD Samsung TV had a problem with Netflix and the wifi router. Running netflix on the new TV would cause a drop on the wifi for the whole house. I noticed running netflix would cause wifi to temporary drop on my phone. The problem was Netflix only, YouTube worked fine. Since the problem was a drop in the wifi, I assumed that the new TV wasn't playing nice with the router. The fix was updating the firmware for my netgear router. Now Netflix works fine on my new TV.

Projectors & Other TVsDear Samsung -
We had an issue with our wifi - and now the TV can connect to the internet browser BUT NOT to netflex or amazon. It says "preparing tv" - can you help?
Thanks!
