Hello! I understand how not having audio using smart view can cause some concern. Since this is occurring I would recommend trying the steps in the following link(https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001514/). If this does not help then I would recommend calling in directly and getting into contact with our remote management team at 1 (800) 726-7864 for further support.

Yeah same I have that problem, when I use samsung dex though, it works fine
