Occasionally I see the startup screen when I turn my tv off and back on? The screen says Smart TV by Tizen and then shows a house symbol. This doesn't happen every time. The Alexa button stops working when this happens. The only way I can get it to work again is to de-register the tv on Alexa and re-register. Does this sound normal?
