Projectors & Other TVsNewly Purchased Samsung tu700d 65 " 4K TV -> HDMI port 2 not connecting to any device.
Have tried new HDMI cable, unplugging sequences etc.
Will not recognize DVD player AT ALL. HDCP error when connected to Fioptics+ TV Service.
All devices will connect to HDMI port 1.

SN: <hidden>
Software is up-to-date T-KSU2EAKUC-2002.0

Projectors & Other TVsHello! I understand how this can be frustrating with your new TV not working properly. Since this is occurring you can try the steps in the following link: (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01208751/)
If this doesn't help then this will require service, depending on your warranty you have a couple of options.
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
