For some reason my TV will be bright and then the picture will go dark but not black. It'll stay a dark picture for a while then I'll go back to Bright for a while and it keeps going back and forth. Is this due to the one connect box telling the TV to change the brightness of the picture?
Hi there! That sounds like the eco sensor. This feature measures the light in your room and optimizes the brightness of the TV automatically to reduce power consumption. If you want to turn this off, go to Settings > General > Eco Solution > Ambient Light Detection. That will allow you to toggle the function off and on as you see fit.
