Projectors & Other TVsAs others posted, weeks and months go by without resolution and it is incremental steps, then Samsung goes silent after each step. I Call daily. Buy Samsung at your own risk. I am debating to open a small claims lawsuit, undecided and it depends on the level of frustration I will hit. Need to call consumer protection services for more information.
