Projectors & Other TVsThat definitely sounds frustrating! Here is a link to some troubleshooting steps that can hopefully remedy that for you: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01109749/
If the above troubleshooting steps didn't help you would need to speak with one of our moderators via private message.
