Sound not working on STARZ app

When I received my tv, I downloaded the STARZ app the sound worked great. Now when I go to watch the STARZ app the sound works on the previews but when the actual movie or show start, the sound is not working, helppppp???

I'm sorry to hear that, is this occur on the TV or through a soundbar? Also does this occur with any app that you use?

This happens on the TV not a sound bar. No this does not happen on any other app, only STARZ.

Just found a solution 

I googled it and here's the link

you have to cold boot the tv

hold down the on/off button to the tv turn off and on again

I did that and it didn't work. Interesting enough,  I can watch free episode of a Starz show on the Apple App.

Use Apple airplay for now but I think they're gonna update and fix the problem soon

I ended up doing the same, mirror from my iPad. A little frustrating that it doesn't just work.
