Subscription-Samsung account on tv

I cancelled the tennis channel plus subscription on my tv in my Samsung account. How do I reactivate that same subscription? There isn’t an option in my account on the tv. I tried to subscribe on the tennis channel app but it’s not working.

Is it Tennis TV channel? If you know the name of the channel perhaps they can best reactivate it for you. Not sure though.

Hello! @Kbauswell  Thank you so much for posting about this. I'll be more than delighted to assist you with this issue. Check to see if there's a "subscriptions" or " purchase history" section in the Samsung Account settings on your TV. If you can't manage it through the TV consider logging in on a phone or computer to see if the option exists.  Alternatively, you could contact the Tennis Channel's customer service to see if they can help reactivate your subscription.

Thank you for your reply. I had to create a new Tennis channel account because nothing else was working.
