Unable to connect to my Samsung  Smart TV to Alex using Smart Things app.  TV is only a year old.  I've tried on several occasions using my Samsung S8 Plus but no connection. I now have a new Samsung S22 Ultra which I'm trying to use since it seems to be smarter than my old phone but that didn't work either.

Do not know what I am doing wrong.

In order to connect your Samsung TV to Alexa using the SmartThings App, you'll first need to set up & add your TV to the SmartThings App. Then in your Alexa App, also add your TV to it and most importantly, make sure you enable the SmartThings Skill. Once you follow these steps, you should be able to control the TV with the app.
