So we were watching The Holiday on Prime last night. The pixelation was terrible as it wasn't 4k, almost unwatchable. Is there anyway I can easily adjust the settings to accommodate and then easily return to 4k?
The second is that a couple of times the Prime app will not load up, I have had to unplug the TV and start again to get it to work. I can click on it but it won't load up either giving me the Prime logo or an empty page with blank frames where the shows should be.
