Mine are sleep after 15, high motion detector, night mode off. It doesn't seem to be triggered by motion because most of the time it turns itself on when I'm in another room. I only know because suddenly the Samsung TV Plus holiday channel starts blaring.
I don't think it matters - I did a full factory reset, and it is still happening. I imagine it's an update that came out - if you have auto-update running - I would turn it off; the update may not have been rolled out to your region or model yet - if you already have it off, congrats - you have avoided . For some reason when ever it switches to Samsung Plus TV it does it really loudly and has a very short cycle before you feel like you are being tortured by the same three news stories for days ...
Same problem as everyone is having. I keep the volume all the way down, and when it switches out of art mode to Samsung Plus, there is no volume. At least this cuts down on the annoyance factor a bit, and doesn’t disturb everyone. I just switch it back to art mode. Not a real fix but at least I can at least still use the art mode.
I basically have to keep The Frame Turned off for now. Which makes its purpose as a Frame TV a complete and absolute failure! The firmware has made this useless. Leaving it on FRAME mode doesn't stay on FRAM mode. It keeps exiting and switching to whatever is on HDMI or the Samsung TV Lifetime show. I have to keep putting it back to FRAME mode only to later see it switched back on its own. So just Turned it off!!!
Same as others have noted. This firmware has truly ruined the TV. It defeats the purpose of what the frame does. It no longer auto switches HDMI and gets hung up in art mode or on an input. Samsung NEEDS to let us roll back firmware.
I am having all the exact same issues and cannot find a solution myself. I have cable connected through hdmi and it will keep turning that back on from art mode randomly and sometimes within 1-2 minutes after I just switched it back to art mode. Maddening!!
