QLED and The Frame TVsHi all. New member here, new owner of a 65" Q80C. I have a very simple setup, a Denon receiver and a mini-PC. The Denon is connected via the CEC HDMI port, and as long as it is the only device, the CEC control works fine--the remote turns the Denon on and off and controls the volume. The problem is that as soon as I plug in the PC, the CEC functionality is lost and the TV reverts to "TV Speakers" output. I spent over an hour with Samsung support, but the tech was not at all helpful and finally I requested the issue be escalated. While I wait for them to contact me, has anyone else experienced this and is there a solution? TIA for any suggestions.

QLED and The Frame TVsYes, and that is why it works with no PC attached.

QLED and The Frame TVsI had a multi hour chat with Samsung, and one of the agents finally stated that it is impossible to use CEC when a PC is plugged in. I find this hard to believe and will start another thread with a different subject line.
