QLED and The Frame TVs

65 Frame TV  2.5  years old . It shut off the other night and will not turn back on.

It was plugged into a surge protector however we did not loose power.

I have replaced Batteries in remote.

I have unplugged power for hours and then plugged it back in.

I have checked the outlet for power. and plugged tv in direct to rule out surge protector.

no lights are on tv its just dead.

I have checked all connections

Model QN65LS03TAFXZA 2020

I have the same problem. Used my QN85Q90T Friday night, then Saturday night it will not turn on. No red standby light no matter what I do.

Nothing seems out of the ordinary. I tried the same things. I also removed  all peripherals and reseated and inspected the power cord. I tried using the power button on the underside of the TV instead of the remote.

Bought in November 2020 it is now only 29 months old. I have never had an LCD tv die like this. I have a Samsung from 2007 still going strong.

Were you able to resolve your issue or find a solution?

I ended up taking My TV into the repair shop. I used Steve's and Jacks TV repair in Michigan. They repaired it for 450.00. I don't know exactly what parts they swapped out but they did say 3 things needed to be replaced. Disappointing that I have to repair a TVs internal components this soon. It should last a lot longer due to the fact its simply hanging on the wall. My old Samsung TV still works and its 30yrs old.. My TV was not covered under warranty however they tell me if you buy from Sam's or Costco that you automatically get a 4 or 5 year warranty. I will definitely consider that with any future purchases.

Thank you for letting me know. I think I am on the same path as you. I did not buy Best Buy's Protection, and mine is also out of warranty. Very disappointed in the early failure. Mine is very hard to move, so I just hope I can get it repaired in-home.

Thanks!
