QLED and The Frame TVsPurchased a 75” frame Tv in Nov 2021 because I found it on a great sale at Best Buy. The room the tv was purchased for was under construction so we just installed yesterday. Looks beautiful and I was very happy with the purchase. Woke up this morning and the tv was still working just fine. Several hours later I noticed that the screen was black. Tried to turn the tv on and nothing. Ran through every trouble shooting step, still nothing. The first available appointment with the certified repair center is a week away! It seems like to one connect is not getting power. No light comes on anywhere! Please help!

Hello! I understand how this can be frustrating since you have tried some troubleshooting steps and have an appointment for a service center to come out I would recommend continuing with the service appointment.

QLED and The Frame TVsAny luck with this? I am having the same problem and it looks like a bunch of other people started having the same issue the past couple of months, almost feels like an update caused it. My TV will turn on, the backlight will flash for a second then it will cut off and the box will make a clicking sound and it will keep repeating until I unplug the power.

Hello, I located this troubleshooting article for further assistance with the power issue reported here- https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001086/ and recommend giving them a try. Regrettably, if the troubleshooting is unsuccessful and the manual power cycle, factory reset of the television and you have verified the power cord is connected directly to the wall outlet, the next step is to have the television serviced by a technician. You can locate a provider here- https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or send your full model code and serial number in a private message to one of our moderators for service options review through Samsung.
