QLED and The Frame TVsAnyone else having issues accessing Apple Music app within their Samsung TV? I'm having a problem loading the app on the TV, not the one on my iPhone. All of my other apps like Hulu, Netflix, etc. work, just not the Apple Music app. Reset the TV to factory settings and downloaded the Apple Music app again, and still not working. Has worked the last 4 years since I bought the TV, just stopped working. Any thoughts? Apple and Samsung support could not figure it out.

QLED and The Frame TVsHello @JG99! Thank you for reaching out! As this only occurs with Apple Music, I recommend reaching out to Apple Support for further help. As you have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app and it is still not working, this would be an app issue.
