I have a Frame TV model code QN65LS03RAFXZA running firmware 1420. I use an Apple TV with this TV and the Apple TV remote is set to control the TV. It works to do everything except when turning off the TV it just shuts it completely off instead of going into Art Mode. This seems to be a known and persistent issue in this forum. Is there any solution or is Samsung just too lazy to update their software? It's aggravating to spend a premium price on this TV for the sole function of the Art Mode and not be able to seamlessly use it.
