QLED and The Frame TVsTrying to connect my Apple TV 4K box to my new Samsung 85” Frame TV via the One Connect box.
I’ve tried HDMI inputs 1-3.
The Frame recognizes the Apple TV box, but when I switch to that input, after a few seconds, I get HDMI Cable: No Signal.
Any ideas?
Thank You.

QLED and The Frame TVsSo, Tried resetting Apple TV box. Same problem.
Tried a second Apple TV Box. Same problem.
The Frame recognizes the Apple TV box on the initial scan.
Then says it is switching to the Apple TV Input
Then sends me back to the Frame home screen.
There is an Apple TV icon then for that input.
I click on it.
The Frame screen says Apple TV.
Then after about 10 seconds, gives me the HDMI Cable: No Signal error.
Any ideas?

QLED and The Frame TVsYou said "when I switch to that input..." you get no signal after a few seconds. I'm wondering why you have to "switch to that input". My brain is fuzzy on this point, but maybe the TV has a setting to do this automatically. Mine certainly does (goes to whatever input is "lit/alive").

QLED and The Frame TVsMine does too. But it redirects me to the home page, likely because it sees no signal, then I click on the input to try again.

QLED and The Frame TVsOk. After all this, I solved it. Trying to cover all bases, I detached the One Connect cable going into the TV, then reattached it, and then my Apple TV worked. So resetting the One Connect cable was the solution.
Thanks everyone for your help.
in the future, try resetting all cables. 👍
